Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping and Tracking numbers on all orders to all the countries we serve.
You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in inbox.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, Please contact us at orders@yabies.com using subject CHANGE ADRESS so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2-4 days to update so please be patient.

Where will my package ship from?
All orders ship from Boerne, Texas. We currently only offer shipping within the United States.
Lost or stolen orders
Yabies cannot be held liable for lost or stolen items marked as delivered by the courier. We do not offer reimbursement or replacement for orders reported as lost or stolen after confirmation of delivery by the courier.
